With our proven processes developed over the past 25 years, we have built a company that our clients can trust. Through our Valiant division, we build for new custom home buyers, developers, and investment portfolios. Our Valiant Spaces division focuses specifically on the remodeling desires from basement fills and complete renovated properties.
We build high quality homes complemented by an unwavering set of core values. We build homes in two primary sectors:
- Custom Homes. You want that personal touch! You have the dream and the detailed vision of what you want, but ultimately you need an experienced builder to bring it to life! This “Build to Suite” process is a very high-touch client experience model and we embrace the challenge!
- Spec Homes. Very efficient & cost-effective floor plans. These production-friendly homes are for new home buyers, developers and investment portfolios who want to build in the “for-sale” and “for-rent” markets.
